Syndic

The objective of our mission of syndic is to carry out the actions necessary to the realization of economy of charges and to the control of their evolution by the suppression of possible waste or overcosts, while preserving the expenditure necessary to the good conservation, even with the development of your inheritance. I propose to manage your co-ownership by establishing a relationship of trust and proximity with the co-owners of which I will be the privileged interlocutor in charge of the management and the accounting of the building.
